Whose circus career did our Sooz astound,

And rabbits
blue and rabbits green Which sorely tried our heroine. As purple rabbits, and pink ones too, Just laughed and down their burrows flew. |

While Sooz scratched her head and tried to think Of a wonderful Plan to make them blink. |
Now,
our Sooz is clever, but not very wise, “Perhaps there’s a way to hypnotise These rude bunnies, or set a trap - ”. First she tried a pretended nap, |

Fell asleep instead and woke to find Showers of earth propelled from behind The nearest molehill, by rabbit paws. Sooz jumped up, startled, hearing guffaws Of mirth, and feeling extremely silly, Back to the garden she ran, willy nilly. |
